These terms govern the use of Aizible (the “Service”), provided by S-Tav LLC (“we”, “us”).
1. Accounts
Some features require an account. Keep your registration accurate and your credentials secure.
An account (organization) may invite members according to its plan. Members' actions are attributed to the account owner.
2. The Service
Aizible provides technical site audits and scheduled observation of AI search engine answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overview).
Measurements run once a week with a single sample via each engine's API. We do not guarantee that results match what you see in a browser. Our methodology is disclosed alongside every result.
The Service does not guarantee rankings, citations, or revenue.
3. Plans and payment
Paid plans are priced in USD, tax excluded. Payments are processed by Stripe. Japanese consumption tax is added where applicable.
You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid period; no prorated refunds.
You may pause billing for up to 3 months. We email you 7 days before resumption.
4. Your data
Audit results and measurement data are not deleted on cancellation and remain viewable. Full deletion happens on account deletion or by request.
AI answer texts and cited URLs collected by measurements are stored to provide the Service and improve its quality.
5. Prohibited use
Illegal activity, auditing or tracking sites that infringe third-party rights, imposing excessive load on the Service, reverse engineering, and reselling without our written consent are prohibited.
6. Disclaimers
We are not liable for missing or delayed measurements caused by changes or outages of external AI engines and API providers. Missed measurements resume automatically in the next cycle.
Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Changes and governing law
We will notify you on the site or by email before changes to these terms take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our registered office.
