1. Information we collect

Account: your email address, and display name if you sign in with Google.

Usage: audited URLs and results, measurement settings (brand name, questions), AI answers and cited URLs.

Technical: IP addresses for abuse prevention, stored only as SHA-256 hashes — raw IPs are not retained.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service, verify identity, manage quotas, send notifications such as change alerts and monthly reports, improve quality and prevent abuse.

We do not share data with third parties for advertising.

3. Processors

We rely on: Cloudflare (hosting, database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI analysis for audits), OpenRouter (measurement queries to AI engines), DataForSEO (Google SERP retrieval).

Measurement questions include your brand name, but your account information is never sent to the AI engines.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.

5. Retention and deletion

Your data remains viewable after cancellation (we do not hold data hostage). We delete account data upon account deletion or request.
